Ladies!
I must admit it… I am feeling much better today! God is slowly removing the cold out of my body and I just spoke to my Doctor’s office (I had a check up two weeks ago) and I am GREAT! Oh, it feels so good to know that you are healthy and on the right track!
As always, I encourage each of you to schedule a Well Woman’s Exam (if you haven’t had one in over a year) to ensure that you are healthy. Women tend to get laxed at this, but it is extremely important. Get your self checked out. Make sure to get dental and vision exams as well.
My dear fast is going well nowadays. I truly cannot complain. I do get extremely hungry by 6pm, but that is all apart of it. I am consistently listening to the Lords voice, and it feels so good to know that I am walking in His purpose for my life!

CRay’s Tip of the Day…
STOP MAKING EXCUSES! We spend so much time figuring out why we can’t do “things” we rarely focus a 100% of our energy on what we can do. Change your way of thinking and concentrate on all of the things that you can do and… DO IT!
Instead of complaining that you can’t walk three miles, walk on instead and work your way up to three miles. Stop complaining that you can’t last during that cycle class and take a beginner’s step class instead. So what you have to have that midnight snack… change that coconut pie into Yoplait coconut yogurt!
Make modifications to your life that will support the healthy lifestyle that you are attempting to attain. It will make a difference! Also, in order to keep you completely focused mentally, stop entertaining people who make excuses! They are time robbers and sabotage “ers” and though you can still be their friend, please aid them in completely understanding that boundary.
You will feel better in the morning!
