SSDWLC's Daily Newsletter: Squeeze in a WORKOUT!

Ladies…
I hope all of you are feeling better than me this morning! It seems as though I have caught a cold! God’s joy and peace is still with me, so I cannot complain.

Yesterday is when my symptoms began. I attempted to do a work out, but it was not the same. I didn’t even break a sweat! The fact of the matter is that I tried. I did all I could do. I am actually glad that I forced myself to get up and get moving. I know I will feel better really soon, so I am just looking forward to the rainbow at the end of this drizzle in my life.

My fast is going really well. I am still sustaining from food from 6am-6pm and I have been going a little “haywire” at 6pm. My body is getting use to it (hours and hours with no food), so it is now time for me to start eating extremely healthy choices, when I do eat. I am staying in tune with my spirit consistently and I hear God’s voice so clearly nowadays. The answer to all my questions was right in front of me the whole time. All I had to do was look up. I challenge each of you to do the same. Look up and God will definitely speak to you. We can do anything we put our minds to… it is time to bury our excuses and live the best life ever!

CRay’s Tip of the Day…
Squeeze in a WORKOUT! I know most of us work fulltime, but that is no excuse to get relaxed on your workout regimen. Make time for yourself. Consider working out a necessity and take the time to do it, just like you make time for brushing your teeth, showering and eating. It starts with 30 minutes a day. Turn off the TV and go for a brisk walk. Put the chips down and do a few jumping jacks and lunges in your living room. Instead of getting that new release from Blockbuster, pick up a yoga DVD and have a fun night of posing.
The moral of the story is to put more activity into your life. Stop using family and work as excuses and take responsibility for your health and well being. Your body will thank you!

In Peace and Struggle.
CRay
