Ladies!
Greetings! I do pray that each of you are having a WONDROUS morning! Please take the time to smile and greet each person that you make eye contact with today! God will appreciate it and so will they!
God is truly AMAZING! I had the pleasure of speak with two ladies on yesterday about SSDWLC. Each of them have their own weight loss and fitness goals and were intrigued in their own way about SSDWLC. This makes me feel ELATED!
I want each of you to know; that this is not solely about me… it is about each of you! It is the mission of Women Helping Empower Women and SSDWLC that each of you create a balance as it concerns your physical, mental and emotional health. This challenge is not only about weight loss. It is about setting a goal, achieving it and doing all that God has predestined you to do.
I must admit… God is truly working with me today… I just finished speaking with a lady that I talked to last week about the Challenge. She used the meal plan I provided and lost three pounds in her first week! She was so elated and she is continuing on to reach her desired weight loss (10 lbs). I am so excited that each woman God touches (through me) has begun to see results. He is truly AMAZING!
As Far as My Fast Goes…
Yesterday was AWESOME! I was a tad famished by six, but I hung in there, and let me tell you… it was indeed worth it. I fixed me and amazing dinner (a few snacks) and all was well with the world. I attended my Women’s Ministry Meeting and Bible Study. I also completed an extremely fulfilling work out at 1pm. I prayed and obeyed God on yesterday, and I feel so good about it!
CRay’s Tip of The Day
DRINK WATER (when you’re thirsty), JUICE/SODA is a TREAT! So often we attempt to curb our thirst by drinking juices and sodas. The only true beverage that takes away that “thirsty” feeling is water. Juice she be treated as a snack or dessert of choice. There are 105 calories in on cup of orange juice. How realistic is it to binge on juice? Very. Speaking as a juice binger, I racked up calories so quick it was amazing.
My challenge to you is to drink water when you’re thirsty and use juices as a refreshing treat, when you want to spoil yourself. Your body will thank you!
