Merry Christmas... Happy New Year and Happy (soon to be) Birthday to ME!!!!

It has been a couple off weeks since I wrote, because I took a couple weeks off from work and that is where I grab a few seconds during break to email you all. I missed each of you terribly, but I have caught up with each of you in some form or fashion (minus my dear Kim!).

I must say that I am doing pretty good. I am not as OCD about what I eat, and have managed to maintain my weight of 137 for the last couple of weeks. I am going to get back into my rigorous process in the next few weeks, because I do want to lose seven pounds prior to my birthday (Jan. 27th). It has been a goal of mine and I am going to stick to it.

This year is going to be AMAZING for me! I can just feel it... I have been so focused on myself physically, it is time for me to step up my spiritual game! God has put me in such a position in the last couple of weeks, that I have no choice but to trust in Him. I am doing that, and I plan to fast for the whole month of February. I will give each of you the details of the fast as soon as I work it out in my mind.

I don't necessarily believe in New Year's Resolutions, but I do believe in changing your life, which begins with changing your heart. I am in the process of learning to love the way God loves, live the way God wants me to live and laugh every opportunity I get!

I would like to welcome my cousin Jessica to our circle of support and re-welcome the ladies that the started this journey with us and a few new ones. I will start sending the emails out to everyone... if you do not want to receive emails please contact me. I do pray that God will enable us to be blessings in some way to each other.

CRay's Tip of the Day...
REFLECT! This is a New Year and everyone is "resolving" to do things much better than in '08. While this is important, it is also important that we take time to remember where we came from and what we came through. It is important that we take time to reflect on our past every now and again so that we know why our future is so important!
